Moreover, emotional intelligence doesn’t only limit controlling and understanding one’s own emotion but it also extends to understand other’s emotion too.

Once we are able to understand our own emotion intelligence, we can be happier, joyful, satisfied and content in our lives. For example:

In fact, when we are in touch with our emotions we are at choice. We are able to take control of our actions rather than letting our emotions control us.
